We're really sorry to lose you as a neighbour so soon - you made us feel very welcome, right from the first moment we pulled up at our new home.  You greeted us warmly to the village and even gave our dog (Luna) a treat!

Throughout the brief months that we got to know you, we became friends.  You taught us skills that we needed to know, gave us local knowledge and shared a beer or two - sometimes even tomatoes and green beans.  We will always remember your humour and that twinkle in your eye!

You quickly became part of our lives and we genuinely feel loss.
